Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Suji
  • 1/2 - Onion
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - Cumin seeds
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Chillies chopped(green/red)
  • How to Make Instant dosa:

    1. Mix 1 cup suji and curd.
    2. Add 1/2 onion pieces, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, coriander leaves chopped, chillies and saute.
    3. Keep aside for 10 mins.
    4. Spread on tava in a round form.
    5. Serve with chutney/tomato ketchup.
