How to Make Instant dosa

  • Mix 1 cup suji and curd.
  • Add 1/2 onion pieces, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, coriander leaves chopped, chillies and saute.
  • Keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Spread on tava in a round form.
  • Serve with chutney/tomato ketchup.
