Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 - white or brown eggs
  • 1 - onion, medium size
  • 1 - tomato, medium size
  • 1/2 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - Turmeric power
  • 1/2 tbsp - Dhania powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • Chopped coriander for garnish
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Instant egg Recipe:

    1. Boil the eggs.
    2. Peel and quarter them.
    3. Remove the yolk from the eggs.
    4. Heat the oil in a pan.
    5. Add onion and stir until the onion gets golden brown.
    6. Add ginger-garlic paste and then tomato.
    7. Add all the dry masalas and fry for 2 to 5 minutes.
    8. Add the egg pieces.
    9. Garnish with chopped coriander.
    10. Serve with roti.
