  • Carrots - 500 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder - 1 cup

How to Make Instant Gajjar Halwa

  • Wash and grate the carrots.
  • Mix carrots, sugar and ghee in a microwave bowl and cover it with a lid.
  • Microwave for 8 mins.
  • Take out and add dry fruits and milk powder. Mix lightly.
  • Put the bowl back in the oven for 7 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
