Ingredients

  • 4 - crushed Garlic pods
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp - rasam powder
  • 1 cup - water
  • A pinch - Asafoetida
  • A pinch - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Instant Garlic Rasam:

    1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
    2. Splutter mustard seeds add dry red chillies, curry leaves and add all the other ingredients with salt and bring to a boil.
