  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Jeera -1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander leaves -2 sprigs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Instant Ghavan:

    1. Mix all the ingredients and prepare the batter.
    2. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
    3. Heat a tava and smear a little oil.
    4. Stir the batter well and pour a spoon full on the tava to make small ghavans.
    5. Serve hot.
