Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Jeera -1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves -2 sprigs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant Ghavan

  • Mix all the ingredients and prepare the batter.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a tava and smear a little oil.
  • Stir the batter well and pour a spoon full on the tava to make small ghavans.
  • Serve hot.
