Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Milk powder
  • 1.5 to 2 cups - Sugar
  • 6 - Cardamom
  • 4 cups - water
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 5 tbsp - cold Milk
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Instant Gulab Jamuns

  • Knead a smooth dough by mixing milk powder, ghee, milk and baking powder.
  • Make 1 inch round balls and keep covered with a wet napkin.
  • Make sugar syrup, add crushed cardamom and keep warm.
  • Fry all the jamuns in oil until golden and drop them in the syrup.
  • Serve warm or cold.
