Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Milk powder
  • 1.5 to 2 cups - Sugar
  • 6 - Cardamom
  • 4 cups - water
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 5 tbsp - cold Milk
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Instant Gulab Jamuns:

    1. Knead a smooth dough by mixing milk powder, ghee, milk and baking powder.
    2. Make 1 inch round balls and keep covered with a wet napkin.
    3. Make sugar syrup, add crushed cardamom and keep warm.
    4. Fry all the jamuns in oil until golden and drop them in the syrup.
    5. Serve warm or cold.
