Ingredients

  • 2 small raw mangoes
  • 1 tbsp - mustard oil
  • 2 tsp - crushed mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - crushed fenugreek
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp - Hing
  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli (or more if you want it spicy)
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Instant Keri Achar

  • Finely chop the mangoes.
  • Heat the mustard oil.
  • Let it cool a little.
  • Add hing, crushed mustard, fenugreek and salt.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • The add red chilli, mix it completely.
  • Put chopped mangoes.
  • Mix it properly.
  • The pickle is ready to eat.
