Ingredients

  • Leftover plain boiled Rice - 1 cup
  • Cream Biscuits - 10 (vanilla or Cardamom flavour)
  • Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Milk Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 3 drops
  • How to Make Instant Kheer:

    1. Mix leftover rice, biscuits and milk.
    2. Boil it for about 10 minutes or till it thickens a little.
    3. Mash the rice and biscuits well.
    4. Add the cream and dry fruits.
    5. Mix well and boil for 2 minutes.
    6. Pour the kheer in a bowl and add the essence.
    7. Keep it in the freezer to chill.
    8. Serve.
