Ingredients

  • 50 g - toor dal
  • 50 g - moong dal
  • 50 g - channa dal
  • 25 g - urad dal
  • 50 g - rice
  • Ginger - very small quantity
  • 4-5 - green chillies
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped or coconut
  • Curry Leaves - handful
  • Salt as required

How to Make Instant Mixed Dal Dosai

  • Soak the dals and rice in hot water for half an hour.
  • Grind to a smooth paste.
  • Add finely chopped ginger, green chillies, onion/coconut, curry leaves, salt as required.
  • Make dosas with the batter on a hot tava.
  • Serve hot with pudina chutney.
