Ingredients

  • 50 g - Toor Dal
  • 50 g - moong dal
  • 50 g - Channa dal
  • 25 g - Urad Dal
  • 50 g - Rice
  • Ginger - very small quantity
  • 4-5 - Green chillies
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped or Coconut
  • Curry leaves - handful
  • Salt as required
  • How to Make Instant Mixed Dal Dosai:

    1. Soak the dals and rice in hot water for half an hour.
    2. Grind to a smooth paste.
    3. Add finely chopped ginger, green chillies, onion/coconut, curry leaves, salt as required.
    4. Make dosas with the batter on a hot tava.
    5. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
