  • 1-ripe cucumber - medium sized
  • 2 tsp- raw mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp -salt
  • 2 tsp -chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric
  • 2 tsp -oil

How to Make Instant Pickle With Ripe Cucumber

  • Finely powder mustard seeds and keep aside.
  • Cut ripe cucumber into very small pieces.
  • Add powdered mustard, salt, chilli powder and turmeric to the cucumber .
  • Mix well with hand and keep aside for around 30 mins.
  • Add oil on top without heating .
