Ingredients

  • Beaten Rice (Poha) - 1 cup
  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Cooked potatoes, carrots, peas - 1 Cup
  • Onions - 2 nos
  • Bread crumbs - for coating
  • Peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - To taste

How to Make Instant Poha - Oats Cutlet

  • Dry, coarse grind poha and peanuts
  • Sprinkle some water to make it soft.
  • Add the cooked vegetables, salt, chilli powder and mix well.
  • Make a coarse powder of oats and coat the cutlets with oats and bread crumbs
  • Shallow fry them on the tava.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney
