Ingredients

  • Beaten Rice (Poha) - 1 cup
  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Cooked potatoes, carrots, peas - 1 Cup
  • Onions - 2 nos
  • Bread crumbs - for coating
  • Peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - To taste
  • How to Make Instant Poha - Oats Cutlet:

    1. Dry, coarse grind poha and peanuts
    2. Sprinkle some water to make it soft.
    3. Add the cooked vegetables, salt, chilli powder and mix well.
    4. Make a coarse powder of oats and coat the cutlets with oats and bread crumbs
    5. Shallow fry them on the tava.
    6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney
