Ingredients

  • 4 - medium sized Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Instant Potato Fry:

    1. Pressure cook potatoes for 10 mins. Peel off the skin and cut each potato into 4 or 6 slices. Keep aside.
    2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir well for 2 mins.
    3. Add potatoes, salt to taste and fry well for 10 mins.
    4. Serve hot. Goes well with chapattis.
