  • 1/2 cup - Quinoa
  • 1 cup - semolina
  • 2 cups - sour yogurt
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - eno salt or baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1/2 tsp - Channa dal
  • A few - Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Instant Quinoa-Semolina Idli:

    1. Heat few drops of oil, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal
    2. Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves, fry for a few seconds, keep aside
    3. Meanwhile roast both the quinoa and rava together, grind them to a coarse powder
    4. Mix this ground powder along with sour yogurt in a bowl, add tempered spices to them and finally add the eno salt
    5. Stir quickly and pour a ladle of batter to the greased idli plates
    6. steam in idly cooker for 15-20 mins
