  • 2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • Raisins, almond, green cardamom, cashews for garnishing

How to Make Instant Rice Kheer

  • Pressure cooker rice with one cup of milk for up to one whistle.
  • Once done, add the remaining milk (boiled), sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Garnish and serve.
