Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked Rice
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 3 to 4 tsp - Poha
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - Dahi
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - onion, tomatoes, chopped coriander and Green chillies for topping
  • 1/4 tsp - fruit salt

How to Make Instant Uttapam

  • Blend cooked rice, rice flour, poha, salt and dahi with water. Take out into a container and whisk well. Let it stand for some time.
  • Add fruit salt, whisk well .
  • Heat tawa, add a little oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter and allow it to cook on one side.
  • Turn, drizzle oil again.
  • Turn, add topping and serve.
