Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Water
  • 1 cup - Coarsely ground Corn
  • 1 cup - Suji
  • 1 cup - Chana flour
  • Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • Salt to taste - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds- 1 tsp
  • 1.5 tsp- Eno Fruit Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp -Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Instant Vadas

  • Boil 1.5 cup water. Add the coarsely ground corn and cool.
  • Now add the suji, chana flour, ginger, chilli, salt and sesame seeds and make a dough.
  • Add the yoghurt and the lemon juice to it.
  • Let it stand for 1 hour.
  • Now add eno to it and make the vadas.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
