Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Water
  • 1 cup - Coarsely ground Corn
  • 1 cup - Suji
  • 1 cup - Chana flour
  • Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • Salt to taste - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds- 1 tsp
  • 1.5 tsp- Eno Fruit Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp -Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Instant Vadas:

    1. Boil 1.5 cup water. Add the coarsely ground corn and cool.
    2. Now add the suji, chana flour, ginger, chilli, salt and sesame seeds and make a dough.
    3. Add the yoghurt and the lemon juice to it.
    4. Let it stand for 1 hour.
    5. Now add eno to it and make the vadas.
    6. Deep fry until golden brown.
    7. Serve hot with chutney.
