Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg - Beef
  • 3 - Onions
  • 3 - Tomatoes (medium)
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups - water
  • 3 - Lemons 1/2 cup each - coriander and Mint leaves
  • 3 cups - biriyani Rice (jeerakasala)
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • 850 ml - water
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • How to Make Irachi chor:

    1. Boil ingredients 1 to 9 in a cooker with 2 cups water for about 15-20 mins.
    2. Make half cooked ghee rice.
    3. Mix the curry and rice together and also add garam masala, coriander and mint leaves and lemon juice and cook on a low flame till done.
    4. Serve warm.
