Ingredients

  • 2 cup salad Olives
  • 1 cup greek Olives
  • 2 carrots, thinly stripped
  • 10 slices of salami
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup italian dressing
  • 2 cup shredded red Lettuce leaves

How to Make Italian Salad

  • Spread the lettuce leaves in a dish In a bowl mix all the ingredients except cheese and dressing
  • Pour the mixture over lettuce leaves.
  • Pour the dressing and toss it lightly.
  • Garnish with cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
