How to Make Ivy gourd Peanut Rice

  • Roast and grind to a fine powder all the ingredients and keep aside
  • Heat enough oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves, add the chopped onions, saute until they turn translucent.
  • Add the chopped ivy gourd, salt, turmeric powder and cook in simmer until the vegetables turns soft.
  • Now add the ground spice powder and cook again for few mins.
  • Finally add the cooked rice, and toss well.
  • Serve.
