  • 1/4 kg - ivy gourd,
  • 1 - onion, big and chopped
  • 1 tsp - sambar powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp - peanut powder, roasted
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds + urad dal
  • A few - curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Ivy gourd Peanut Stir-fry

  • Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves
  • Add immediately the chopped onions, salt and saute until the onions turn translucent
  • Now add the sliced ivy gourd, saute for few seconds, add the sambar powder, coriander powder
  • Cook everything in medium flame, sprinkle some water and cook the vegetables covered.
  • When the vegetables are done add the peanut powder, stir everything and cook until the oil separates.
