  • 1/4 kg - ivy gourd,
  • 1 - onion, big and chopped
  • 1 tsp - sambar powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp - Peanut powder, roasted
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds + Urad Dal
  • A few - Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Ivy gourd Peanut Stir-fry:

    1. Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves
    2. Add immediately the chopped onions, salt and saute until the onions turn translucent
    3. Now add the sliced ivy gourd, saute for few seconds, add the sambar powder, coriander powder
    4. Cook everything in medium flame, sprinkle some water and cook the vegetables covered.
    5. When the vegetables are done add the peanut powder, stir everything and cook until the oil separates.
