How to Make Jack Fruit Halwa

  • Chop ripe, soft jack fruit and blend to a pulp.
  • Mix jack fruit pulp with sugar.
  • Place on fire and stir till sugar is dissolved.
  • Add Ghee and cook and stir till the mixture forms a lump.
  • Add cardamom powder, mix well and remove from fire.
