How to Make Jackfruit Seed Vadai

  • Soak both channa dal and moong dal separately for 2 hours
  • Meanwhile chop onions finely and green chillies
  • Cook the jackfruit seeds in hot water, drain and grind the seeds coarsely.
  • Grind channa dal, soaked moong dal and grind along with fennel seed and salt. Sprinkle water
  • Add the chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and mashed garlic pods, curry leaves as well as coriander leaves to the vada batter
  • Mix everything well.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan, take a small ball from the vada batter and flatten them into vadas and Deep Fried till they turn brownish and crispy
