  • 1 cup - Maida flour or Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - Jaggery (powdered)
  • 1 - Cardamom
  • How to Make Jaggery Dosa:

    1. Powder the jaggery.
    2. Add some water and dissolve it.
    3. Filter it to remove impurities.
    4. Add powdered cardamom, wheat and rice flour.
    5. Pour more water if needed to dissolve it completely.
    6. Prepare dosa with it.
