  • 4 tbsp - ground sugarcane jaggery
  • half a lime strained juice
  • 1 big glass water
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • a few drops red food coloring
  • dash salt
  • cracked ice
  • 1 mogra flower

How to Make Jaggery Refresher

  • Dissolve jaggery in water, strain through a muslin and mix in salt, lime juice and cardamom power.
  • Put in enough colour to give it a nice shade.
  • Chill and put in cracked ice.
  • Flatten the flower on top before serving.
