Ingredients

  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Chicken -1 kg
  • Onion -3
  • Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder -1 tbsp
  • Coriander -1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Ajino motto - 3 pinch
  • Sugar - 2 pinches
  • Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Red colour - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Jaldi Indo China Chicken Roast:

    1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Fry the onions, ginger garlic paste to a very transparent light brown colour.
    2. Then put all the ingredients and chicken together and cook it on a medium flame without covering the lid.
    3. Cook till the chicken become tender in a thick gravy.
    4. Add little red colour.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
