  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Fry the onions, ginger garlic paste to a very transparent light brown colour.
  • Then put all the ingredients and chicken together and cook it on a medium flame without covering the lid.
  • Cook till the chicken become tender in a thick gravy.
  • Add little red colour.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
