Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Flour
  • 2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cooking soda
  • 3/4 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Vegetable oil or Butter
  • 1 cup - mix fruit jam

How to Make Jam Muffin

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
  • In a small bowl, mix milk and oil.
  • Pour in the flour mixture.
  • Do not beat. The batter will be lumpy.
  • Gently stir in jam.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until golden.
