  • 2 cups - Flour
  • 2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cooking soda
  • 3/4 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Vegetable oil or Butter
  • 1 cup - mix fruit jam
  • How to Make Jam Muffin:

    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
    2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
    3. In a small bowl, mix milk and oil.
    4. Pour in the flour mixture.
    5. Do not beat. The batter will be lumpy.
    6. Gently stir in jam.
    7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until golden.
