  • 4 - medium sized Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder/paprika
  • How to Make Jeera Aloo in Olive Oil:

    1. Steam potatoes in a steam bag for 6 mins in a microwave.
    2. Remove the potatoes from steam bag, peel them, and cut them into small cubes.
    3. In a pan heat olive oil, add the potatoes, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika and salt.
    4. Cook for 4-5 mins till potatoes are soft.
