  • 50 g - dried Mango powder (Amchoor)
  • 2 tbsp - Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 9 tbsp - crushed Sugar powder
  • 1 medium- sized Lime
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Jeera Goli:

    1. Spread cumin seeds in a pan and roast on medium heat.
    2. Continue till jeera turns dark red.
    3. Crush into a fine powder.
    4. Set aside 1 tbsp of sugar powder in a bowl.
    5. Mix the remaining sugar powder, lime juice, jeera powder, dried mango powder and salt into a smooth lump.
    6. Roll these into small balls.
    7. Roll the jeera balls in sugar powder in the bowl.
    8. Put those balls on a paper and dry for 1.5 hours in sunlight.
    9. Store in a dry, airtight bottle.
    10. These can be eaten after a meal.
