Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp - Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - Salt and Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 - big finely chopped Tomato
  • How to Make Jeera Murgi:

    1. Clean the chicken pieces properly, pat it dry and marinate with all the ingredients for 1/2 hr.
    2. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pressure cooker.
    3. Fry the marinated chicken for 5 minutes and add 1 cup of hot water into it and cover it with lid.
    4. Cook for 2 whistles, open the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
    5. Serve it with rice.
