How to Make Jeera Peas Pulav

  • Soak basmati rice in water for about 20 minutes and later strain it and keep aside.
  • Take a kadai/wok. Heat a little ghee and fry jeera, ginger garlic paste and onion.
  • Once onions begin to brown, add the peas and fry for a few minutes.
  • Now ad the basmati rice. Mix everything well, add some salt and add the water.
  • Boil it, then lower the flame and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • When done you should get a nice aroma.
  • Serve it with raita, or any gravy vegetable.
