  • 2 cups -cooked Rice
  • 10-12 - pepper
  • 2 tbsp - Jeera
  • 2-3 tbsp - Ghee
  • Asafoetida, a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 - Curry leaves
  • How to Make Jeeraga Samba Sadham:

    1. Coarsely powder the pepper and jeera and keep aside.
    2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add pepper-jeera powder, asafoetida and curry leaves.
    3. Allow it to roast for a few seconds.
    4. Add rice and mix for a few minutes.
    5. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
