  • 1/2 litre - fresh milk
  • 2 tbsp - vanilla custard powder
  • 4 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 200 gm - strawberry jelly crystals
  • Red syrup for decoration

How to Make Jelly Custard

  • Boil milk, add sugar and stir for few minutes.
  • Dissolve custard in little water and gradually add in milk.
  • Stirring continuously and remove from flame when milk thickens.
  • Pour into the dish.
  • Heat water and add jelly crystals; pour into mould and allow to set.
  • Cut jelly into cubes and add to custard.
  • Decorate with syrup and serve.
