  • 1/2 litre - fresh Milk
  • 2 tbsp - vanilla custard powder
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 200 gm - Strawberry jelly crystals
  • Red syrup for decoration
  • How to Make Jelly Custard:

    1. Boil milk, add sugar and stir for few minutes.
    2. Dissolve custard in little water and gradually add in milk.
    3. Stirring continuously and remove from flame when milk thickens.
    4. Pour into the dish.
    5. Heat water and add jelly crystals; pour into mould and allow to set.
    6. Cut jelly into cubes and add to custard.
    7. Decorate with syrup and serve.
