Ingredients

  • Chicken - 850 g
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi - 2tsp.
  • Amchur-to taste.
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Chaat masala - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Coriander - 4 sprigs.
  • How to Make Jhatpat Chicken:

    1. Apply turmeric, chilli powder and salt to chicken.
    2. Heat oil and fry grated ginger.
    3. Then add chicken and fry on high heat for five minutes.
    4. Add cumin, coriander powder and amchur.
    5. Stir, reduce heat and fry till chicken is cooked.
    6. Add kasuri methi and chaat masala and stir for a minute.
    7. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
