Ingredients

  • Chicken - 850 g
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi - 2tsp.
  • Amchur-to taste.
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Chaat masala - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Coriander - 4 sprigs.

How to Make Jhatpat Chicken

  • Apply turmeric, chilli powder and salt to chicken.
  • Heat oil and fry grated ginger.
  • Then add chicken and fry on high heat for five minutes.
  • Add cumin, coriander powder and amchur.
  • Stir, reduce heat and fry till chicken is cooked.
  • Add kasuri methi and chaat masala and stir for a minute.
  • Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
