  • 1 kg - Mutton
  • 2 tsps - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup - water
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Jhatpat Mutton

  • Cook all the ingredients together in a pressure cooker till done.
  • Transfer the cooked mutton to a non-stick pan and fry it in oil till the mutton is red and crisp.
  • Serve with onion rings and rotis.
