How to Make Jhatpat Paneer Masala

  • Heat a pan, and add oil.
  • Now add jeera, whole garam masala and bay leaf.
  • Saute.
  • Then add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes, till golden brown.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients - except paneer - and fry for 2 minutes.
  • When oil separates from the masala, add water and boil.
  • After boiling, add the paneer cubes and cover and cook it for 15 minutes on a slow flame.
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander and lime juice, and serve hot.
