Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes - 20
  • Potato chopped - 2 cups
  • Tomato chopped - 1 cup
  • Onion - Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Jeera -coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Jeera - 2 tsp
  • Whole Garam Masala - (1 cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms)
  • Bay Leaf - 2
  • Water - 1.5 cups
  • How to Make Jhatpat Paneer Masala:

    1. Heat a pan, and add oil.
    2. Now add jeera, whole garam masala and bay leaf.
    3. Saute.
    4. Then add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes, till golden brown.
    5. Add all the remaining ingredients - except paneer - and fry for 2 minutes.
    6. When oil separates from the masala, add water and boil.
    7. After boiling, add the paneer cubes and cover and cook it for 15 minutes on a slow flame.
    8. Garnish it with fresh coriander and lime juice, and serve hot.
