Heat enough oil, splutter the cumin seeds and curry leaves, add the chopped carrots, frozen green peas and sweet corn, chopped green chillies and saute for a few minutes until the vegetables turns soft.
Meanwhile wash the rice flakes with water and drain water and keep aside.
Now add the washed poha, garam masala and salt and cook for few more minutes.
Finally add the lemon juice stir well and serve.
