Ingredients

  • 1 Jicama
  • 2 tsp- Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp- sambar powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp- oil (optional)

How to Make Jicama Salad

  • Peel the jicama and cut it into long peices.
  • Put these in a bowl, sprinkle salt and sambhar powder.
  • Add lime juice and oil, mix well.
  • Let it stand for 30 minutes.
  • Serve at room temperature or cold.
