Ingredients

  • 6 - burger buns
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp - fresh Cream
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 - Potato
  • 1/4 Cup (each) - chopped carrot, French beans, Green peas, Capsicum, Cabbage
  • How to Make Juicy Burger:

    1. Heat the oil and saute the French beans and peas until cooked.
    2. Boil the potato and mash it.
    3. Mix it with the vegetables and make oval shaped cutlets.
    4. Shallow fry in oil.
    5. Mix together mayonnaise, fresh cream, sugar, salt, black pepper, chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage and mix it.
    6. To serve:
    7. Cut the buns horizontally, shallow fry with a butter.
    8. Spread the mayonnaise mixture inside the bun.
    9. Place the cutlet in between.
    10. Cover and serve with potato wafers.
