Ingredients

  • 6 - burger buns
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp - fresh Cream
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 - Potato
  • 1/4 Cup (each) - chopped carrot, French beans, Green peas, Capsicum, Cabbage

How to Make Juicy Burger

  • Heat the oil and saute the French beans and peas until cooked.
  • Boil the potato and mash it.
  • Mix it with the vegetables and make oval shaped cutlets.
  • Shallow fry in oil.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, fresh cream, sugar, salt, black pepper, chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage and mix it.
  • To serve:
  • Cut the buns horizontally, shallow fry with a butter.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture inside the bun.
  • Place the cutlet in between.
  • Cover and serve with potato wafers.
