Ingredients

  • 6 - skinless boneless Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup - Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup - Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/8 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp - ground cumin
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup - pancake mix
  • Salt - as per taste

How to Make Juicy Chicken Fry

  • Mix the pancake mix, cumin, pepper, vinegar, garam masala powder and salt.
  • Coat breasts in flour mixture and fry in a large skillet with olive oil & butter for 6 to 9 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
