Ingredients

  • 200 g - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 200 g - Curd
  • 200 ml - Milk
  • 50 g - Sugar
  • Little elachi powder

How to Make Junnu (Without Eggs)

  • Mix sugar and curd in a bowl without any bubbles and then mix sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add warm milk to this mixture and add elachi powder and mix thoroughly.
  • Pressure cook this for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cool and refrigerate.
