  • 1 cup - sorghum flour
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - onion
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 1/2 - piece ginger
  • Coriander leaves -a few

How to Make Juwar Jo Dhodho

  • Sieve the atta, add all the ingredients, knead the flour with warm water, and make a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts, grease the palm, take one portion of the dough smoothen on the palm.
  • Heat tava and roast both the sides and shallow fry till crisp and brownish in colour.
  • Serve.
