Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 1 cup - Minced onion
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Green chillies
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt according to your taste

How to Make Kaala Garam Murgh

  • Wash the chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 cup minced onion, green chillies, salt and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add minced onion, ginger garlic paste, marinated chicken and stir this mixture well.
  • Add pepper and stir, let it boil for 10 mins.
  • Add garam masala, sugar, tomato sauce and soya sauce and stir.
  • Let it cook for 10 more mins till it become tender and garnish with coriander.
  • This can be consumed as a side dish.
