Ingredients

  • 2 - big Onions
  • 12 - 15 - Red Chillies
  • 5 - 6 - Garlic flakes
  • 3 - 4 - tbsp oil (gingili oil)
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Kaaram Chutney:

    1. Grind the onions, red chillies, garlic and salt to a paste.
    2. Heat oil and fry the paste for 10 mins.
