Mix curd and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of garlic-ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp of gram masala, half the quantity of pepper powder and red chilli powder, according to your taste and about 1 tsp of salt.
Flatten the chicken breasts by placing on a flat surface and pounding with a rolling pin.
Coat it with the ingredients mixed above.
Then place in the fridge for about three hours.
Cut the marinated chicken pieces into half.
Cut thick slice of cheese into 8 numbers.
Coat with garam masala and salt.
Place each slice of cheese in one half of the marinated chicken and fold.
Press the folds tightly from the corners.
Bake in an oven for 10 minutes per side on medium heat.
Enjoy with green chutney and salads.
