How to Make Kaccha keema ke kebab (Mince meat kebab)

  • Wash mince meat, drain.
  • Grind shallow - fried onion and add to mince meat.
  • Add green chilli-coriander paste.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Marinate for 1-2 hours and shape into balls.
  • Deep fry on medium flame.
  • Serve with salad and chutney.
