Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - mince Meat
  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 tbsp - green chilli-coriander leaves paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • How to Make Kaccha keema ke kebab (Mince meat kebab):

    1. Wash mince meat, drain.
    2. Grind shallow - fried onion and add to mince meat.
    3. Add green chilli-coriander paste.
    4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    5. Marinate for 1-2 hours and shape into balls.
    6. Deep fry on medium flame.
    7. Serve with salad and chutney.
