Ingredients

  • Raw banana skin - 2
  • Garlic Cloves - 1/4 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger - 1-inch piece
  • Red Chillies - 4
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Tomato - 1
  • Oil - 1/4 cup.
  • How to Make Kacha Kolar Khosha Bata:

    1. Boil the skin for 10 minutes and cool it.
    2. Make a smooth paste of skin and other ingredients.
    3. Heat a pan. Add oil and add the ground mixture. Fry till well cooked.
    4. Serve hot.
