Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Grated Coconut
  • 1 - Tomato (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • Tamarind - Lemon sized ball
  • 6 - Red or Green chillies
  • Vegetables - Cucumber or Capsicum or Spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Kadagu Puli:

    1. Bake the vegetables and tomato.
    2. Grind all the above ingredients except tomato to a fine paste.
    3. Mix with vegetables.
    4. Boil nicely and set aside.
    5. Serve hot.
