How to Make Kadai Chicken

  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add chopped onions, green chilly and saute until golden brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and saute well.
  • Add tomatoes and saute until they are half done and gravy thickens.
  • Add chicken pieces, a little water and mix well.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
