Ingredients

  • 180 g - Chicken tikka
  • 100 g - Onion
  • 10 g - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 20 g - yellow bell peppers
  • 20 g - red bell peppers
  • 5 g - Coriander seeds
  • 5 g - Cumin seeds
  • 2 g - Methi seeds
  • 5 g - black pepper Corns
  • 30 g - Tomatoes
  • 5 g - kasoori Methi powder
  • 3 g - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 g - Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Kadai murgh:

    1. Cut chicken juliennes into strips.
    2. Cut onion and capsicums in to strips.
    3. Saute ginger and garlic in oil, add onion and toss it with turmeric and red chilli powder.
    4. Add bell peppers and saute it.
    5. Put tomatoes and add chicken strips.
    6. Toss them nicely and ensure pieces don`t break.
    7. Add the spices (pounded) and sprinkle some kasoori methi powder over this.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
