How to Make Kadai Mushroom

  • Wash and trim button mushrooms and cut them into half pieces.
  • Heat oil + butter in a deep pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Once it crackles, add chopped onion with ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Mix diced capsicum, onions and saute it.
  • Do not overcook.
  • Add mushrooms and toss well.
  • Cook it for one more minute and add tomato puree, tomato ketchup and all the spices into it.
  • Mix everything well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
